Kick, Push, Cure

My friend from high school, Mark Dalmacio, is doing a fundraising event for Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America called Kick, Push, Cure. Essentially he is riding his skateboard from South Lake Tahoe to Northridge, over 435 miles, to support the cause.

You can find out more information about Mark by following him on Twitter or Facebook

Please donate to the cause!

Things I Learned Today

I think I might do shorter blog posts on things that I learned or thought about during the day. Since I seem to have been rather lax in my posting lately, and haven't had many long things to write.

Anyway, so the team is headed to Centex this weekend. Which is really exciting (I promise I will write a follow-up blog after the tournament) because we have never been invited to this high caliber of a tournament before.

As you have seen before with Hellions Pie, we Hellions like to put a lot of creativity into our cheers, songs, spirit, what have you... and at Centex there is a dance off! These were some entrants/winners from last years competition.
So I guess the point of this whole thing is 1) to prepare you for the amazingness that is sure to be posted here eventually and 2) to let you know that today with very little help (Thank you Kyle!) I figured out how to edit a song with Audacity and make it sound good together. I was very excited about this! Instead of just dancing... we are dancing AND singing!

Get ready for Be A Team!

Hellions! Hell yeah!
